Turkish tractor manufacturer TÜMOSAN has achieved one of the biggest milestones in its history after its new 81.110Evo secured a finalist position in its category for the Tractor of the Year 2027 awards.
The announcement follows the “Let the Challenge Begin” evaluation event held in Naples, Italy, from June 23 to 25, 2026, where the company presented the 81.110Evo to the international Tractor of the Year jury for the first time. Advancing to the finals on its debut appearance is a notable achievement for a manufacturer that has traditionally focused on its domestic market.
The final winners will be announced during EIMA International 2026 in Bologna, one of the world’s largest agricultural machinery exhibitions.
81.110Evo Technical Overview
While TÜMOSAN has not yet released a detailed technical specification sheet specifically for the 81.110Evo finalist, the company has published specifications for the closely related 81.110 Premium platform, which provides a good indication of the tractor’s capabilities.
According to TÜMOSAN, the tractor features:
- 105 hp four cylinder turbo intercooler engine.
- 3.9 liter displacement.
- Maximum torque of 400 Nm.
- 16 forward and 16 reverse mechanical transmission with Powershuttle.
- Electro hydraulic four wheel drive engagement.
- Electro hydraulic PTO with 540 and 540E speeds.

- 4,000 kg rear lift capacity.
- Six rear hydraulic outlets.
- Factory ready ISOBUS integration.
- Standard air conditioned cab with passenger seat.
It remains unclear whether the 81.110Evo introduces additional drivetrain, electronics, comfort, or precision farming upgrades beyond the published Premium specifications, and TÜMOSAN has not yet disclosed those details publicly.
Industry Perspective
Reaching the Tractor of the Year finals is significant because the competition has traditionally been dominated by established European manufacturers with decades of international market presence.
For TÜMOSAN, becoming a finalist is arguably more valuable than simply launching another domestic model. It demonstrates that the company’s engineering and product development are now being evaluated alongside globally recognized brands using the same independent criteria covering innovation, productivity, operator comfort, sustainability, and overall machine performance.
Whether the 81.110Evo ultimately wins its category is almost secondary. The finalist status alone increases TÜMOSAN’s visibility among international dealers, distributors, and professional buyers who may have previously been unfamiliar with the Turkish manufacturer.
