Traxor Launches New TRX260 Tractors

Traxor Launches New TRX200, TRX220 and TRX260 Tractors for the High-Horsepower Segment

Traxor has officially expanded its product range with three new high-horsepower tractors — the TRX200, TRX220 and TRX260 — unveiled during a presentation in General Ramírez, Argentina. These models push the brand’s offering up to 260 hp and reinforce Traxor’s commitment to simple, robust and user-focused machinery designed for real-world farming.

According to the company, the new TRX models continue Traxor’s philosophy of mechanical simplicity, reliability and a configuration tailored to end users who demand dependable field performance without unnecessary complexity.

Engine Power, Drivetrain Options and Structural Reinforcement

The new TRX series is powered by a 7.2-liter, six-cylinder Yuchai engine with turbo-intercooler and electronic injection, delivering:

  • 200 hp on the TRX200.
  • 220 hp on the TRX220.
  • 260 hp on the TRX260.

All three models operate at 2200 rpm and offer synchronized transmissions in either 16F+16R or 32F+32R configurations. A 15-inch dual-action servo-assisted clutch, hydraulic steering, 4WD traction and differential lock support demanding field applications such as tillage, transport and heavy implement operation.

Traxor has strengthened both the rear axle and the front reinforced axle, providing higher structural rigidity than is typically found in this horsepower segment. This makes the TRX lineup suitable for continuous high-load tasks and commercial farming conditions.

Operator Comfort With a Full Luxury Cab and Integrated Technology

All TRX models come equipped with a premium cab featuring:

  • Air conditioning and heating.
  • Wide visibility through a six-pillar structure.
  • Pneumatic operator seat and passenger seat.
  • Rear-view camera.
  • Multimedia display with Bluetooth.
  • Rubber-mounted cab suspension for reduced vibration.

The cab design focuses on maximizing comfort during long working hours, improving visibility and ensuring an intuitive operator experience.

Hydraulic Capability and Implement Compatibility for Professional Use

The TRX200, TRX220 and TRX260 include a three-point hitch with oscillating traction, four hydraulic remotes, and hydraulic flow rates of up to 130 L/min depending on the version. Higher-end configurations include EHR (electronic hitch control) for more precise implement management.

A 540/1000 PTO expands compatibility with a wide variety of implements, and the tractors feature variable rear track width and dual 520/85R38 rear wheels, boosting traction and stability during heavy-duty work.

Dimensions, Fuel Capacity and Field Autonomy

The new TRX series is built on an oversized frame that provides additional durability and work stability.

The specs that really matter:

  • Operating weight: approx. 9330–9390 kg.
  • Tires: 420/85R28 front and 520/85R38 dual rear.
  • Fuel tank capacity: 460 liters for extended operating autonomy.

These characteristics make the TRX series a strong option for professional farmers who require consistent pulling performance, stability and reduced downtime.

About Traxor Tractor Brand

Traxor is an Argentine tractor brand created through a joint venture between MB Maquinarias and Ombú, two recognized agricultural-equipment companies in Argentina. Launched in 2025, the brand focuses on building simple, robust and practical tractors tailored to local working conditions.

Although Traxor is Argentine in brand identity, distribution and after-sales support, the tractors are developed and manufactured in cooperation with Dafeng Machinery, a major Chinese OEM specializing in mid- and high-horsepower agricultural machinery. This partnership allows Traxor to combine international manufacturing capacity with regional adaptation, delivering competitively priced tractors engineered specifically for Argentine producers.

Today, Traxor positions itself as a locally driven brand built on an international industrial foundation, bringing accessible and durable machinery to the market.
