TAFE used Agritechnica 2025 to introduce the all new 1015, a 100 horsepower tractor engineered to strengthen the company’s position in the mid-range utility segment. The launch marks one of TAFE’s most globally oriented debuts of recent years, emphasizing emissions compliance, reliability and straightforward operation.
The model is built around a EU Stage V compliant engine rated at 100 hp. While TAFE has not publicly disclosed full engine specifications, the platform is positioned for mixed farming, transport and field operations where stable torque delivery and low operating costs are essential.
Engine Performance Designed for Efficiency and Compliance
The central focus of the 1015 is its new Stage V power unit. This upgrade places TAFE among manufacturers that are fully aligned with Europe’s latest emissions standards, opening broader opportunities across premium markets.
Based on TAFE’s typical powertrain strategy for this class, operators can expect a fuel efficient diesel with external EGR and aftertreatment optimized for low maintenance intervals. Although performance figures such as torque output, PTO power or specific load response have not yet been officially published, the tractor’s classification suggests it is intended to compete directly with established 90–110 hp utility models from global brands.
Transmission and Work Capabilities Focused on Mixed Farm Tasks
TAFE traditionally equips its 80–110 hp tractors with mechanical or partial powershift transmissions offering a wide spread of working speeds. The 1015 follows the same philosophy, prioritizing durability and ease of service for farms that require dependable day-to-day operation.
Depending on configuration, the model is expected to support standard rear PTO modes, compatible with common implements used in tillage, hay operations and transport. Its lift capacity and hydraulic architecture have not been formally detailed, but TAFE utility tractors in this segment generally offer robust linkage systems to support medium duty field implements.
Operator Environment and Build Quality
The 1015 continues TAFE’s approach of combining straightforward mechanical durability with a functional operator layout. Visibility, control placement and cabin ergonomics appear to have been refined for long working hours, following the company’s shift toward more comfort driven design seen in recent launches.
The tractor also adopts updated exterior styling with a sharper, more contemporary look, aligning the 1015 with TAFE’s modernized global aesthetic.
TAFE’s Strategic Step in the 100 hp Segment
The introduction of the 1015 at Agritechnica signals TAFE’s intention to compete more aggressively in Europe and other regulated markets. Stage V compliance, a clean 100 hp output class and renewed ergonomics make the 1015 a strategic addition for farms requiring a dependable, uncomplicated workhorse.
