Launched in October 2025, this upgraded model is designed to deliver all-weather comfort and boost operator efficiency across a wide range of field applications.

The Workmaster 105 is powered by a 3.4-liter, 4-cylinder FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) TREM-IV engine producing 106 horsepower at 2300 RPM. It comes equipped with a 20 forward + 20 reverse Power Shuttle transmission, allowing smooth directional changes without clutching — ideal for loader work, baling, and trenching.
The tractor offers a rear lift capacity of 3,500 kilograms, enabling the use of heavy-duty implements. The fully independent Power Take-Off (PTO) uses a wet multi-disc clutch, ensuring reliable power transfer even under continuous load. Four-wheel drive is standard, delivering consistent traction and stability in demanding terrain.
Cabin and Operator Comfort Features
The all-new cabin sets a new standard for operator comfort with full heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for year-round use. Six roof vents ensure optimal air distribution, while the noise-insulated cabin and air-suspended seat minimize operator fatigue during long working hours.
A pneumatic reversible fan automatically clears dust from the radiator, maintaining uninterrupted performance even in dusty post-harvest conditions — particularly beneficial during baling operations after paddy harvesting.
Price, Warranty, and Availability
The Workmaster 105 with HVAC Cabin is available at an ex-showroom price of approximately ₹35 lakh and comes with a 3-year or 3,000-hour warranty. The model builds upon the strong legacy of the Workmaster series, which has already surpassed 15,000 units sold across India and international markets. It will be available through New Holland dealerships across the country.
