Mahindra has launched its new OJA range in Australia, introducing two sub-compact models — the OJA 1123 HST and OJA 1126 HST. Both are powered by three-cylinder diesel engines producing 23 hp and 26 hp respectively at 3,000 RPM. These tractors use hydrostatic transmissions with cruise control for ease of operation, and they come with tilt and telescopic steering for comfort.
Loader lift capacity is rated at 420 kg, while the rear hitch lift is 350 kg, making them suitable for property maintenance tasks. A button-operated 540 RPM rear PTO and optional mid-mount mower expand their versatility. Buyers can choose between turf or industrial tires, depending on terrain needs.
Compact OJA 2100 Series for Demanding Tasks
The OJA 2126 HST sits in the compact category, designed for heavier applications. It features a 26 hp three-cylinder diesel engine at 2,500 RPM and a three-range hydrostatic transmission. Loader lift capacity is 580 kg and the rear hitch lift capacity is 800 kg, giving the tractor a clear advantage in handling implements.
The wide flat operator platform, intuitive controls, and optional HVAC cab make the 2126 suitable for year-round use. A button-operated PTO and efficient loader cycle times add to productivity.
Technology and Operator Comfort
Across the OJA lineup, Mahindra includes features such as digital driver displays, projector headlights, power steering, and advanced hydraulics. The mComfort seat with foldable armrests, ergonomic control layout, and optional cab setups improve operator experience.
The tractors are designed for Australian conditions, emphasizing durability and long service life. All models are built on Mahindra’s global lightweight 4WD tractor platform, developed jointly with Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery in Japan.
Warranty and Dealer Support
Mahindra is backing the OJA range with a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, plus an additional 3 years of powertrain coverage. The company highlights its dealer and service network in Australia as part of the ownership package.
