Linder Industrial Machinery has officially launched construction of a new, significantly expanded facility in Valdosta, Georgia, underlining its long term commitment to customers across south Georgia. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on December 17, directly across Highway 84 West from Linder’s existing location.
The project marks a strategic investment aimed at improving equipment availability, service capacity, and customer experience for agricultural, construction, landscaping, and rural property markets in the region.
New Valdosta dealership designed for equipment sales and service growth
The new Valdosta site will feature a larger showroom and a 10 acre equipment yard, providing space to properly display and support a broad portfolio of machinery. According to company leadership, the expanded footprint will allow Linder to present its full range of products more effectively while improving on site logistics and customer flow.
The facility is designed to support Kubota, Deutz Fahr, and BOMAG equipment across agricultural, compact tractor, and construction segments. Manufacturer representatives were present at the ceremony, highlighting the importance of the Valdosta market within Linder’s regional network.
Expanded service bays and parts inventory to support contractors and farmers
A core focus of the new facility is service capacity. The building will include eight fully equipped service bays supported by overhead and jib cranes, enabling efficient handling of heavier repairs and attachments. Linder also plans a substantial increase in parts inventory, reducing downtime for customers during peak working seasons.
Additional customer oriented features include expanded office and showroom areas and a dedicated wash bay equipped with a recycled water system, reflecting a modern approach to operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Construction timeline targets completion within ten months
Site work began several weeks ahead of the formal groundbreaking, with project completion targeted in approximately ten months. The build is being led by Valdosta based Cauthan Construction Company, working alongside a network of regional subcontractors covering civil works, utilities, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Once completed, the new dealership will replace operational constraints at the current location and position Linder for continued growth in south Georgia’s agricultural and construction equipment markets.
