KFAST Autonomous Sprayer Brings Precision to Orchards and Vineyards
At Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover, Germany (November 9–15), Kubota will highlight its “Group Solutions Hub,” a showcase of automation, sustainability, and connectivity.
One of the centerpieces is the KFAST autonomous sprayer, designed for fruit and vineyard operations. The unit combines a 4×4 traction system with advanced image recognition, AI-driven guidance, and individual nozzle control.
It achieves up to 40% reduction in chemical use, optimizing every droplet for targeted protection. The KFAST can automatically return to its base when the tank is empty and allows remote supervision of multiple units — enhancing traceability and operational efficiency.
ROBOTTI – A Versatile Robotic Platform for Arable Crops
Kubota’s ROBOTTI platform embodies a flexible robotic carrier concept for row-crop and cereal production. Equipped with a 72 hp Kubota diesel engine and a 300 L fuel tank, it can operate autonomously for several days without refueling.
Guided by RTK-GNSS navigation (±2 cm accuracy), ROBOTTI performs field tasks such as seedbed preparation, sowing, and inter-row cultivation with minimal human intervention.
Its modular design enables operators to attach standard implements, allowing seamless integration into existing workflows while increasing productivity and reducing operator fatigue.
M7004 Autonomous-Ready Tractor Expands Smart Capabilities
The M7004 Autonomous-Ready Tractor extends Kubota’s automation strategy to conventional field tractors. Powered by a 6.1 L V6108 TIEF5 engine delivering up to 175 hp, it offers two transmission options: a 6-speed Powershift and a continuously variable KVT system.
Integrated auto-guidance, TIM (Tractor Implement Management), and connectivity to the Kubota Farm Solutions platform allow precise control and synchronization between tractor and implements.
Kubota positions the M7004 as the foundation for future autonomous operations, capable of driverless movement and automated trailer transport in upcoming versions.
Kubota Farm Solutions – The Digital Heart of Smart Agriculture
All Kubota smart-farming machines connect through the Kubota Farm Solutions digital ecosystem, which merges machinery, data, and services into one intelligent network.
Using terminals like the Tellus 700, Tellus 1200, and K-Monitor, operators can visualize field data, manage implements, and analyze performance metrics in real time.
The platform transforms operational data into actionable insights, helping farmers boost productivity while meeting sustainability goals.
Kubota Group Solutions Hub – From Vision to Scalable Reality
The Group Solutions Hub concept proves that smart farming is no longer experimental — it’s scalable, accessible, and ready for real-world application.
Kubota integrates automation, sustainability, and connectivity into complete farming systems that adapt to various crops, terrains, and operational needs. The company’s approach focuses on empowering farmers at every step of their digital transformation.
