John Deere and Wirtgen Group Set 80,000 Square Foot Customer Experience for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026

John Deere and the Wirtgen Group are preparing a large scale, customer-focused booth experience for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas. The joint exhibit will cover 80,000 square feet across indoor and outdoor space in the Silver Lot (SV2415), with additional displays inside the West Hall (W40442).

Visitors can expect multiple world-premiere machines and technology solutions aimed at solving real jobsite challenges, from productivity and uptime to sustainability and digital integration.

Customer-Focused Booth Design at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026

At the center of the outdoor display, John Deere will build a dedicated Innovation Center designed around practical problem-solving for contractors. The space is structured on two levels.

The first floor will feature the John Deere Operations Center, the company’s jobsite-centric digital platform where machine data, operator activity, fuel use, production metrics, and service information come together in one system. Contractors can monitor fleets in near real time, track utilization, plan maintenance, and manage multiple sites through a single digital dashboard.

The second floor will focus on aftermarket digital solutions. These tools are designed to simplify parts ordering, service scheduling, remote diagnostics, and machine health monitoring. The goal is to reduce downtime by letting customers identify issues early and connect directly with dealers for fast support.

John Deere Power Systems and E-Power Solutions in the West Hall

Inside the West Hall, John Deere Power Systems will showcase its latest diesel, hybrid, and electric drive technologies. This includes the growing E-Power portfolio, which reflects Deere’s strategy to support lower-emission construction equipment without sacrificing performance.

E-Power solutions typically combine electric motors, battery systems, and advanced power electronics to deliver high torque at low speeds, quieter operation, and reduced on-site emissions. These systems are designed for applications such as urban construction, indoor work zones, and sites with strict noise or emissions limits.

John Deere Power Systems will also highlight how its engines and electrified drivetrains are being adapted for a wide range of construction and industrial machines, supporting both traditional equipment and next-generation platforms.

World-Premiere Equipment from John Deere and Wirtgen Group

The outdoor booth will include several world-premiere machines from John Deere and the Wirtgen Group. While full specifications will be revealed at the show, the focus will be on equipment designed to improve jobsite efficiency, operator comfort, and total cost of ownership.

From the Wirtgen Group side, visitors can expect innovations in road construction and material processing, including asphalt pavers, milling machines, crushers, and screening equipment. Wirtgen brands such as Wirtgen, Vögele, Hamm, Kleemann, and Benninghoven are known for advanced automation, precision control systems, and fuel-efficient drivetrains, and those themes are expected to continue at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026.

John Deere’s construction lineup will emphasize machines that integrate tightly with digital tools like the Operations Center, enabling features such as remote monitoring, machine guidance readiness, and data-driven jobsite management.

Interactive Shop Talks and Walks Training Experience

For the first time, John Deere and the Wirtgen Group will act as presenting sponsors of the Shop Talks and Walks program. This initiative is designed to help operators and technicians build mental muscle memory for daily machine inspections.

Through an interactive simulation, participants will practice proper daily walkaround procedures, learning how to identify early signs of wear, leaks, or safety issues. The goal is to reduce breakdowns, improve safety, and extend machine life through better daily routines.
