July 2025 – New Zealand
Case IH has expanded its Puma range in New Zealand with the launch of a new Tier 3 long wheelbase model, presented at Fieldays. Designed as a reliable, low-maintenance workhorse, the refreshed tractor removes the need for AdBlue and extends service intervals by 25%, cutting down ownership costs.
The new Puma is available in 180, 200 and 220 hp variants across three configurations. The entry-level model features a Powershift transmission and mechanical remotes, delivering 15% more torque and 23% more power than the previous Tier 3 version. A mid-tier upgrade offers electronic remotes with Powershift, while the flagship model introduces CVT, electronic remotes, and optional GPS-ready technology. Loader compatibility and precision capabilities further expand its versatility across farming operations.
This is a great all-rounder that delivers power and performance while keeping it simple, said Seamus McCarthy, Case IH product manager ANZ.
