TYM Corporation has manufactured agricultural tractors for over 50 years, producing more than 80 different models ranging from 19 to 145 horsepower across multiple generations of design and engineering.

TYM Brand Origins

TYM Corporation began as TongYang Moolsan Co. Ltd in 1951, initially operating as an importer of foreign films. The company entered agricultural machinery manufacturing in 1973 with the construction of the Anyang Agriculture Machine Factory. Within six months of opening this facility, the company was listed on the Korean Stock Exchange.

The company’s first major agricultural product came in 1976 with rice-paddy cultivators featuring 8 hp engines. In 1980, TYM produced the TS3820 tractor, which became the first Korean tractor exported to Central America. The company officially changed its name from TongYang Moolsan Co. Ltd. to TYM Corporation in March 2021.
